This page explains our warranty coverage, defect policies, and after-sales support for direct purchases from our website.


1. Limited Warranty Coverage

We warrant that our microfiber towels will be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of:

6 months from the date of original purchase.

This warranty covers defects such as:

  • Unusual or excessive linting (beyond normal break-in period)

  • Seams coming apart

  • Inconsistent fabric density or thickness

  • Color bleeding not caused by improper washing

  • Damage clearly resulting from factory error

This warranty applies to normal, intended use of the product.


2. What Is NOT Covered

Our warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear (microfiber towels naturally lose absorbency over time)

  • Improper washing or drying (e.g., using fabric softener, bleach, high heat)

  • Cutting, tearing, or abrasion damage from sharp objects or rough surfaces

  • Use of towels with harsh chemicals (e.g., strong solvents, acids)

  • Staining or discoloration caused by user error

  • Products purchased from unauthorized resellers (unless otherwise agreed)

If you are a business buyer using our towels for industrial, detailing, or commercial purposes, we recommend reviewing your specific usage requirements with our sales team before purchase.


3. Defective Product – Return & Replacement Process

If you believe you have received a defective microfiber towel, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact us within 14 days of discovering the defect.

Step 2: Provide the following information:

  • Order number

  • Product name/SKU

  • Clear photos or a short video showing the defect

  • A brief description of the issue

Step 3: We will review your claim within 2 business days.

Step 4: If approved, we will:

  • Send you a replacement (same product or equivalent value) at no cost, OR

  • Issue a refund (partial or full, depending on the situation), OR

  • Provide a store credit for future purchases

We generally do not require you to return defective towels unless the defect is unusual or we need to inspect it for quality control purposes. If a return is needed, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.


4. Non-Defect Issues (Change of Mind, Wrong Size, etc.)

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for non-defect reasons (e.g., you ordered the wrong size, color looks different on screen, or you simply changed your mind):

  • You may return unused, unwashed, and undamaged towels within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • We will refund the product price (excluding original shipping costs) after receiving and inspecting the returned items.

  • A restocking fee of 10% may apply for large quantity returns.

Please contact us before returning any non-defective items to obtain a return authorization.

7. International Orders

If you are located outside our home country, please note:

  • Warranty coverage remains the same.

  • For defective products, we will either ship a replacement directly or issue a refund (no return required, as return shipping is often cost-prohibitive).

  • For non-defect returns, you are responsible for return shipping and any customs/duties fees.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zhangjiagang Altus Textile Co., Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our microfiber towels. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.


9. Changes to This Warranty Policy

We may update this page from time to time. Changes apply only to orders placed after the updated date. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
