1. Production Lead Time (For OEM & Bulk Orders)

Since most of our orders are custom-manufactured to your specifications, we do not keep large quantities of finished goods in stock.

Order confirmation is defined as:

  • Signed proforma invoice (PI) + deposit received

  • Final specifications confirmed in writing (size, GSM, color, packaging, labeling, etc.)

We will provide a production schedule with key milestones after order confirmation.


2. Shipping Methods – Sea Freight (Standard) & Air Freight (Optional)

Once production is complete, we ship your order using the method you select.

Sea freight details:

  • Most cost-effective for orders of 40HQ Container

  • Shipping terms: Typically FOB Shanghai or CIF [Destination Port] (specify on your PI)

  • We work with reliable freight forwarders and can provide shipping quotes before production

3. Shipping Costs & Quotes

Shipping costs depend on:

  • Order volume (carton count / pallet count / total weight)

  • Destination country and port/city

  • Chosen method (sea vs. air)

  • Current fuel surcharges and container availability

We do not list fixed shipping prices online because each bulk order is unique.

How to get a shipping quote:

  1. Contact us with your order specifications (quantity, size, weight per carton, destination)

  2. We will calculate estimated sea freight and air freight options

  3. We can ship FOB (you arrange your own forwarder) or CIF (we arrange shipping and insurance)

For existing orders, final shipping costs will be confirmed before balance payment.


4. Incoterms & Responsibility

We typically offer the following shipping terms for bulk orders:

5. Payment Terms for OEM / Bulk Orders

Because each order is custom-manufactured for you, we require a deposit before starting production.

6. Samples & Pre-Production

7. Packaging for Shipment

We take care to pack microfiber towels properly for ocean or air freight:

  • Inner packaging: Polybag per [dozen / set / as specified]

  • Carton: Standard export carton (For Example: 50x40x30 cm)

  • Palletizing: Available for sea freight orders (additional cost)

  • Labeling: Cartons marked with order number, destination, and handling instructions

Custom packaging (retail-ready boxes, hang tags, custom labels) is available – please discuss during quoting.


8. Insurance

For sea freight:

  • We will provide the Bill of Lading (B/L) and container number once shipped

  • You can track vessel position via marine tracking websites

  • Your freight forwarder (or our forwarder, depending on terms) will handle arrival notifications

For air freight:

  • We provide an Air Waybill (AWB) number

  • Tracking available via carrier’s website (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS Air)


10. Delays, Lost Shipments, or Damage

Shipping delay (weather, port congestion, customs) Outside our control. We will assist with tracking and communication but cannot refund for shipping delays.
Lost at sea (extremely rare) Insurance claim required. We will provide documentation to support your claim.
Damaged cartons upon arrival Inspect immediately. Note damage on delivery receipt. Take photos. Contact us and your forwarder within 7 days.
