Section 1: About Our Microfiber Towels

1.1 What is microfiber? Why is it better than cotton?

Microfiber is a synthetic fiber (typically a blend of polyester and polyamide) that is extremely fine – much thinner than a human hair. Microfiber towels are superior to cotton because:

  • Higher absorbency – Holds up to 7x its weight in water

  • Traps dirt and dust – The split fiber structure grabs particles instead of pushing them around

  • Lint-free – Leaves no residue on glass, paint, or screens

  • Dries quickly – Resists mold and bacteria growth

  • Durable – Can be washed hundreds of times with proper care

1.2 What GSM options do you offer? Which one should I choose?

GSM (grams per square meter) indicates towel thickness and density.

1.3 What edge types are available?

We offer several edge finishing options:

1.4 Do your towels contain any harmful chemicals?

No. Our microfiber towels are manufactured without harmful substances. We can provide test reports for:

  • RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances)

  • REACH (SVHC – Substances of Very High Concern)

  • Formaldehyde-free

  • Azo dye-free

Please request specific certifications when placing your order.

1.5 How should I wash and care for microfiber towels?

Do:

  • Wash in cold or warm water (max 40°C / 104°F)

  • Use mild, liquid detergent (free of fabric softener)

  • Air dry or tumble dry on low heat

  • Wash separately from cotton items (cotton releases lint)

Do NOT:

  • Use fabric softener (clogs the fibers)

  • Use bleach or chlorine

  • Iron (high heat melts fibers)

  • Wash with heavy grease or oil

With proper care, our microfiber towels can last 300–500 washes.


Section 2: OEM & Bulk Orders

2.1 What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) for OEM orders?

Our typical MOQ for custom OEM orders is:

2.2 Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes, absolutely. We strongly encourage sampling before mass production.

Sample shipping is typically via air freight (3–7 days). You pay shipping costs.

2.3 How do I request a quote for an OEM order?

Please provide the following information to alex@synotowels.com :

  • Target quantity (pieces or dozens)

  • Towel size (length × width, in cm or inches)

  • Desired GSM (weight/thickness)

  • Color (PMS code or reference)

  • Edge type (banded, hemmed, cut, ultrasonic)

  • Packaging requirements (polybag, carton, retail box, custom label)

  • Destination port/country

  • Any logo or printing requirements

We will respond with a quote within [24–48] hours.

2.4 What is your typical production lead time?

2.5 Do you offer product testing or third-party inspections?

Yes. We welcome third-party inspections before shipment (e.g., SGS, TÜV, Bureau Veritas, or your chosen agency). Inspection costs are typically borne by the buyer unless otherwise negotiated.

We also conduct internal quality control checks at every stage:

  • Raw material inspection

  • In-production spot checks

  • Final random inspection before packing


Section 3: Payment

3.1 What payment methods do you accept for bulk orders?

Section 4: Shipping & Delivery

4.1 How do you ship bulk orders?

We ship most bulk orders via sea freight (FCL or LCL) because it is the most cost-effective option for large volumes.

4.2 What are your shipping terms (Incoterms)?

We recommend FOB for most international buyers – it gives you control over shipping costs.

4.3 How do I track my order?

  • Sea freight: We provide the Bill of Lading (B/L) and container number. You can track vessel position online via marine tracking sites.

  • Air freight: We provide an Air Waybill (AWB) number. Tracking available via DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.

4.4 Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

Yes. For international orders, you (the buyer) are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by your country. We do not include these in our pricing.

Please check with your local customs office before ordering to understand applicable fees.

4.5 Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide. If you are unsure whether we can ship to your specific location, please contact us with your destination country and port/city.


Section 5: After-Sales & Warranty

5.1 What is your warranty policy?

We offer a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of shipment. This covers:

  • Unusual linting

  • Seams coming apart

  • Inconsistent fabric density

  • Color bleeding (not caused by improper washing)

5.2 What is NOT covered?

Our warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage from improper washing (fabric softener, bleach, high heat)

  • Cutting, tearing, or abrasion

  • Staining from user error

5.3 What if my order arrives damaged?

If your cartons are visibly damaged upon arrival:

  1. Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing

  2. Take clear photos of the damaged cartons and towels

  3. Contact us within [7] days of receipt

We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue (replacement or credit).

5.4 Can I return non-defective towels?

For non-defective returns (e.g., ordered wrong spec by mistake):

  • Returns must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • Return shipping is your responsibility

  • A restocking fee of 10% may apply

  • Please contact us for authorization before returning

6.4 Can I visit your factory?

Yes, we welcome factory visits by appointment. Please contact us in advance to arrange a tour. You will be able to see our production line, quality control process, and sample room.

6.5 Do you have a catalog or product list?
